All Trustees presently serving on the Village Hall Trust resign at the AGM. Nominations for the coming year will have been proposed by the Village Associations. Nominations for up to 4 further Trustees invited. Names of the Proposer and Seconder, together with the consent of the person nominated to serve, should be received by the Secretary not later than the time fixed for the commencement of the AGM.
