East Dean and Friston

The villages of East Dean and Friston are located between the coastal towns of Eastbourne and Seaford, half a mile inland from the white cliffs of the Seven Sisters.  We have an active and vibrant community.

Visit “Clubs and Societies” to see the many activities taking place.

Classes to re-start on

Wednesday September 18th

8.45am - 10.15am

The work we do is varied. We work to achieve improved circulation and heart function.  Exercises strengthen, tone and stretch joints and muscles.  We have great fun in all we do and learn to relax both physically and mentally.

New members always welcome
